6. The Artists should register their resumes with us through proper channel and should be renewed after the opening of every one year. The details and works of the unregistered users should be omitted from site. The fees on registration once paid cannot be refunded for any reason. The amendments made in the dates would be charged as service charges.

7. As the site can be accrued from any part of the world, the photos works and other details can be downloaded and used by their own . Hence we are not responsible for such type of abusements. Your use of the Service and the Sites is at your own risk. 9. If the artists are invited by any third party by viewing his / her Biodata/ works in our site, then the party (young artist ) should be requested to act there own by enquiry and satisfying the offer by self or with guardian. We are not responsible for any acts of third parties

10. Temporary registration can be made through online. For permanent registration publication of addresses etc... the artists are requested to apply to our office with D.D/ MO/ of Rupees 600/-

11. We are not receiving any other commissions/ fees/ income. If the artists are selected by any third party.

12. Registration fee Rs. 600/- by DD/MO in favour of “VARNA PUBLICATIONS” Payable at Calicut.

13. Attach 3 colour photographs (1 Close up, I Full figure and 1 other)
